Manual techniques
These are specific techniques applied manually on our body to improve it.
Here are some of the ones I use.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy consists of a combination of essential oils extracted from aromatic plants.
Essential oils are aromatic and volatile substances extracted by distillation or ‘extraction’ from botanical sources with specific properties and actions on the body.
These oils can be used directly on the skin by mixing the extracts with carrier oils or in water (a bath), or by inhaling the particles of the extracts released into the air.

Aromatherapy helps relieve stress, and pain, improves circulation, and provides numerous benefits for the proper functioning of our body.
Chiromassage
This is a technique of manual manipulation of the soft tissues of the body: muscles, tendons, and ligaments. It relieves muscle tension and pain, improves blood and lymphatic circulation, eliminates toxins, reduces inflammation, oxygenates tissues, relaxes the nervous system, produces endorphins, relieves fatigue, and prevents injuries, among others.
Within chiromassage, there are many techniques and systems to address different situations.
- Relaxing massage with essential oils and aromas, it is soothing and leaves you floating.
- Kobido: a Japanese facial massage technique to smooth the skin. Combined with a slow and delicate fascial massage on the different muscle layers of the head, face, neck, and décolleté. Liberating, draining, and very very relaxing.

- Muscle Chains: a very powerful system of intense chiromassage, spectacular for restructuring and correcting postural alterations. From 5 to 10 sessions in total.
It is a deep and active work on the tissues that maintain the balance of forces and tensions (biotensegrity) between the different myofascial structures (muscles, fascia, tendons) of our body. Working on any point of this structure affects the rest of the chain, tightening or loosening, releasing, and correcting alterations.
Over time, these alterations have caused changes in the connective tissue of your muscles, joints, nerves, and organs, limiting their functionality and mobility, and often causing pain. As we work on these points and structures, they recover and the pain improves. In addition, the posture becomes more elastic and easier, we feel more flexible, more energetic, lighter, and with the sensation of being much better with ourselves. It is wonderful.
Foot reflexology
Manual massage of specific points on the feet where the areas of the body that are to be stimulated for regulation are reflected.

The knowledge of the nerve connections between internal segments of organs, muscles, and skin is used to influence the reflexes.
Lymphatic drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of gentle chiromassage that is used to promote the lymphatic circulatory system and the elimination of toxins.
In general, it combats fluid retention and promotes blood circulation. It improves the body’s defenses because it acts on the lymph nodes.
It also improves the appearance of the skin. It has an analgesic effect, so it is also recommended for pain derived from illnesses such as fibromyalgia. It has a relaxing effect, so it is also recommended for situations of stress, anxiety, migraines, and vertigo.
(VNM) Neuromuscular Taping
Adhesive cotton strips are applied to the skin to achieve a specific action, such as promoting muscle contraction or elongation, draining inflammation, relieving musculoskeletal pain, etc.

These strips adapt to the muscular contours, giving stability to tendons, ligaments, and muscles, while allowing the body’s natural mobility. In addition, they are resistant to sweat and water, so they can be worn for several days, extending and improving their action on the area.
