Organs cycle

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), our organs go through phases of increasing and decreasing activation according to the time of day. When these phases flow in harmony with the oscillations of nature, the body maintains its balance. In TCM, organs are more than anatomical structures; they are understood as complex interrelated functionalities that encompass the bodily, mental, and spiritual. The qi circulates through meridians and organs following a rhythm and an order: when it passes through an organ it maximizes its functions and minimizes those of the opposite organ. Knowing these oscillations, we can organize our daily life according to the clock of the organs. It may not be easy at first, but let’s take it step by step.

The rhythm and times are understood according to solar time. We build our daily life according to the legal timetable, we also generate habits that our body incorporates, however, it is important to understand that our rhythm was born according to the solar time and it tends to it.
